The Discovery Tour
After a brief introduction to the history of our winery and the territory we will take a walk around the winery which will
conclude in the barrique room and we shall discover where the process of fermentation and ageing take place. After that we
will walk you to our rose garden from where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the vineyards and Tuscan hills.
3 wines for tasting:
Vermentino PENTEO
Crispness and sapidity for a Tuscan Vermentino with an unexpected personality. Ideal to be sipped by the sea and perfect either for an aperitif or paired with sophisticated fish dishes.
Ciliegiolo SILENO
The perfect representation of a fine vine that is able to convey all its quality thorugh the amphora. It is immediate, elegant and perfect to sip with friends.
Cabernet Franc ATTEONE
Complex and herbatious, perfect If paired with a wild boar stew.
What's included?
Tasting of 3 wines (Vermentino PENTEO, Ciliegiolo SILENO, Cabernet Franc ATTEONE), served along with locally produced schiacciata, cheese and olive oil.
Services, reservations and payments
We strongly recommend you book in advance. It is possible to pay in advance by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal, or on-site. For groups of 8 or more people is necessary to book and pay a deposit of 20 euros per person, then you can settle up at the winery.
